Aloe Vera Butter | Hydrating, Nourishing & Soothing

Aloe Vera Butter is a soft cosmetic butter based on Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice and Cocos Nucifera Oil. The butter is produced by mixing aloe vera juice in a ratio of 1:5 with refined coconut oil. The mixture is gently heated to approximately 25 °C and then cooled, creating a smooth, thick butter.

Aloe vera is known for the moisture-retaining, cooling and nourishing properties of the gel from its fleshy leaves. Combined with coconut oil, it creates a versatile butter that is particularly suitable for cosmetic applications aimed at caring for dry and dehydrated skin.

Summer information

During warm days, vegetable butters may become softer or completely liquid. This is a natural process and does not negatively affect the quality.

  • To prevent leakage, larger packages may be supplied in bottles or jerry cans during warm periods.
  • After cooling, the butter will naturally solidify again. The texture may change slightly.
  • Remelting can easily be done using a bain-marie in a water bath at approximately 40-50 °C.
  • Avoid unnecessarily high temperatures and prolonged heating.
  • The temperature at which a butter becomes soft or liquid varies by type.
